This below video is a song which i played around with the text of Shakespeare and it put it into a Rock N’ Roll, very famous, Singer, Elvis Presley. This idea was to play around with the context of how meaning can change when you put it into a different style of performance. Hand Me Down is all about changing the meaning and challenging the perceptions of text, which is something we have explored through the early stages of our Theatre Company and will  be something that we will do in our future productions as stated in the mission statement.
